Estimate my Mortgage
An iOS app for saving and comparing home-buying estimates.
I designed and built Estimate my Mortgage around saved scenarios, so buyers can compare prices, down payments, rates, and ongoing costs.
The app includes taxes, insurance, upkeep, and association fees alongside the loan payment. Estimates stay on the device in Core Data, with MapKit for property locations.
This was my first iOS release. I owned the SwiftUI interface, calculation logic, validation, and App Store submission, then refined map selection and layouts after release.
