I led customization work for Microsoft Teams Facilitator, following work on its agenda experience.
The problem
An organizer’s settings affect everyone in the room. That makes customization a question of permissions, clarity, and predictable behavior: participants need to understand the effect of settings they did not choose.
The approach
I worked across engineering, AI science, design, and product management, using explicit evaluation criteria to assess behavior changes. Repository instructions and review gates supported an agent-assisted development workflow.
The customization work was unreleased when described in my previous portfolio. This is an account of the problem and working method, without internal implementation, roadmap, or outcome claims.
