Project Postcard

I built a pipeline for a monthly travel magazine, with one destination, a written issue, and a downloadable postcard.

Generation with checkpoints

Research, writing, illustration, and assembly run as durable steps with evaluation gates. Each artifact records its model, prompt version, score, and cost. Rejected work returns to the relevant step; a human approves the final issue.

Deterministic where it matters

Postcard typography and layout use deterministic SVG. Generated imagery supplies the decorative background. Per-run and per-step budgets stop retries from spending indefinitely.

I owned product direction, pipeline architecture, evaluation design, and implementation. Implemented and unpublished at the time of the original write-up.
